General Return Policy

 1. Return Eligibility:

  • A product may be returned if it is delivered damaged, defective, or erroneous.
  • Within seven days of delivery, returns must be requested; for instance, if the product was delivered on December 1st, the request must be submitted by December 8th.
  • Modification: Unfortunately, refunds brought on by a change of heart are not permitted.
2. Return Policy: 


Please adhere to these instructions to ensure a successful return:

  • The item must be defect-free, brand-new, unworn, and unwashed. Even if a fashion item can be tried on to make sure it fits, it must be returned unused.
  • The product's original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and accessories should all be included.
  • Return the item to the maker in its original, unused box or packaging. Remove tape and stickers from the manufacturer's packaging.
  • If it's a DigiDealz, returns must be made in the same box or packaging that was used for delivery.
  • Make sure your Order Number and Return Tracking Number are prominently displayed on your return shipment to avoid any issues.

 

    3 Rejecting Return Requests:

    • If the returned item does not meet the previously described criteria, Digidealz.com maintains the right to reject a return request.
    • You will get your items back in 4-6 business days if your return is rejected.
    • After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the item will be condemned to junk and no refund will be issued.


    Valid Reasons to Come Back:

     

    • Damaged Product: Things that are defective or physically broken.
    • Inaccurate Product: The item, color, or size that was sent was incorrect.
    • Incomplete Product: Parts or accessories are absent.
    • Mismatch with Description: Neither the product nor the pictures provided match the description.

    4 Things That Are Not Returnable

    The following categories do not accept returns: 
    • Men's and women's swimwear and undergarments
    • Skin and Hair Care Products
    • video games;
    • laundry and cleaning products;
    • pet supplies;
    • sale items;
    • fragrances and scents, including deodorants.
